William Arthur Irvine 
William Arthur was born on February 18th, 1895 in Neche, Pembina, ND. William Arthur's father was William John Irvine and his mother was Augusta Anna Demorest. His paternal grandparents were David Irvine and Sarah Beggs; his maternal grandparents were Unknown Demorest and Martha McCarl. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Thomas David, Orland Earl, Sarah Elizabeth, Muzzetta Luella, Loretta Helen, Ina Ivadelle and Verle LaVerne. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 81 on December 24th, 1976 in Portland, Clackamas, OR.-
