Louise was born on October 1st, 1929. Louise's father was Richard Edward Houston and her mother was Margaret Parker. Her paternal grandparents were William Houston and Margaret Irvine. She had five sisters named Gladys, Ruby, Phyllis, Jean Parker and Marjorie. She was the youngest of the six children.-
