Frederick Hanover was born on August 16th, 1763. Frederick Hanover's father was George III Hanover King of England and his mother was Sophia Charlotte von Mecklenburg-Strelitz. His paternal grandparents were Frederick Louis Hanover Prince-Wales and Augusta of Saxe-Gotha-Altenberg. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named George IV Hanover, William IV Henry Hanover, Edward Augustus Hanover, Ernest Augustus Hanover, Adolphus, Alfred, Octavius, Charlotte Augusta Matilda, Amelia, Elizabeth, Mary and Sophia.-
