John Cary 
John was born on May 7th, 1756 in , Dutchess, NY.1 John's father was Eleazer Cary and his mother was Charity Sturdevant. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Cary and Mary Poole. He had three brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Benjamin, Comfort and Mehitabel. He was the oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Nathan and Bettie. He died at the age of 88 on September 15th, 1844 in NY.1 -
