William Arthur Beggs 
William Arthur was born in 1911. William Arthur's father was Andrew C Beggs and his mother was Caroline Jane Smith. His maternal grandparents were Alexander Smith and Margaret Beggs. He had three brothers named Howard Clifton, Robert Alexander and George Franklin. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 8 in 1919.-
