Howard Clifton Beggs 
Howard Clifton was born in 1901. Howard Clifton's father was Andrew C Beggs and his mother was Caroline Jane Smith. His maternal grandparents were Alexander Smith and Margaret Beggs. He had three brothers named Robert Alexander, George Franklin and William Arthur. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 68 in 1969.-
