Burton Lowell was born on April 7th, 1919 in Minneapolis, Hennepin, MN. Burton Lowell's father was Truman James Beggs and his mother was Hazel Ellice Dutton. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin James Beggs and Frances E Gamble; his maternal grandparents were Ellis Roy Dutton and Lillie Goss Miller. He had a brother and a sister, named Alan Dutton and Shirley Eileen. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 50 on March 2nd, 1970 in Ann Arbor, Washtinaw, MI. He was buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Eden Prairie, MN.-
