Sarah was born in 1639 in Braintree, Norfolk, MA.1 Sarah's father was Samuel Allen and her mother was Ann Whitmore. Her paternal grandparents were George Allen and Katherine Unknown; her maternal grandfather was John Whitmore. She had three brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Nehemiah, James and Mary. She was the youngest of the five children. She had a half-sister named Abigail. She died in Preston, New London, CT.1 -
