Narrative
Mrs. Jones McGee
Mrs. Jones McGee, 87, of Rt. 7, McLees community, died Friday afternoon in Anderson county memorial hospital after severla years of illness. A native of anderson county, she was a son of the late Columbus A. and Lou Brown Glenn. She was a retired farmer and a member of the St. Johns Methodist Church. Suvivors inclue two sons, paul and Glen McGee of Anderson, four daughters Mrs. Malcomb Smith, Mrs. Albert Chamblee, Mrs. Huger Byrd, and Mrs. Thurman Wilson of anderson, 13 grandchildren, and 23 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Services will be conducted Sunday at 4pm at Sullivan King Mortuary chapel by the Rev. C. Burton Sheffield. Burial will be in the Old Silver Brook cemetary. Pallbearers will be Louis Cochran, Ed Stevens, Jones Chamblee, Fredrick Acker, Bill Glenn and Clyde Glenn, Jr.
