Christine Huffstetler
Cayce - Services for Christine Boland Huffstetler, 69, will be held at 3
p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, 1998 at Mount Tabor Lutheran Church, West
Columbia, with burial in Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will
receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 tonight at Caughman-Harman Funeral
Homes, Lexington chapel. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer
Society.
Mrs. Huffstetler died Tuesday, Sept. 22, 1998. Born in Newberry County,
she was a daughter of the late Jesse Irving and Eunice Mae Boland. She
was a member of Mount Tabor Lutheran Church and the Order of the Eastern
Star, Cayce Chapter, and retired from Western Union.
Surviving are husband, William H. Huffstetler, Cayce; daughter, Tina H.
Winter of Columbia; son and daughter-in-law, William S. and Phyllis
Huffstetler of Chapin; sisters, Frances Bickley of Lexington and Carolyn
Bickley of Cayce, Alliene Shealy of West Columbia and Ruby Bedenbaugh of
Newberry; brothers, Waldo Boland of Newberry and George Boland of Chapin;
grandchildren, Kirsten Huffstetler of Athens, Ga. and Kurt Huffstetler of
Cayce.
