Frances Caro Wheeler 
Frances Caro was born on July 17th, 1911.1 Frances Caro's father was Albert Clarance (Abb) Wheeler and her mother was Lola C. Shealy. Her maternal grandparents were William Charlton Shealy and Frances Emma Monts. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Lewis Guy, Charley Harold, Cecil Albert, Gertrude Eoline and Fay Lucile. She was the youngest of the six children.-
