Elias Werts 
Elias was born on August 15th, 1832.1 Elias' father was Michael Werts and his mother was Susannah M. (Susan) Summer. His maternal grandparents were William Summer and Eva Margaretha Sease\Suss. He had five brothers and five sisters, named William, Jonathan, Michael, George Henry, Henry, Elizabeth A., Carolina, Susanna Margaret (Susan), Elizabeth and Susan. He died at the age of 12 on December 21st, 1844. He was buried in Werts Cemetery #3, Silverstreet, SC.1 1 -
