Mary Jane Shealy 
Mary Jane was born on June 5th, 1858 in Pine Ridge Area, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 Mary Jane's father was Joshua Shealy and her mother was Mary Ann "Martha" Ballentine. Her paternal grandparents were John Ventle Shealy and Eva Margaret Sease. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Jacob Abnet, William Pickens, Henry Luther, Emiline Lenora, Catherine and Frances Cummins. She was the oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 1 on June 13th, 1859 in Pine Ridge Area, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 -
