James Evans Shealy 
James Evans was born on March 31st, 1891.1 James Evans' father was James Alexander Shealy and his mother was Joanna Slice. His paternal grandparents were Leonard L. Shealy and Martha Isabelle Comalander. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Battie Ray, LeGrand, Trannie, Trannie, Annelle, Annie Sue, Katie Pearl and Margaret. He had three half-sisters named Eula Elise, Reba Inez and Annie Ernestine. He died at the age of 60 on November 25th, 1951. He was buried in Rosemont Cemetery, Newberry, SC.1 1 -
