D. Quinby was born in 1924 in Newberry, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 D. Quinby's father was William Quinby Sease and his mother was Helen Lois Stone. His paternal grandparents were Luther Sease and Mary Fulmer. He was an only child. He died at the age of 75 on August 28th, 1999 in Newberry, South Carolina. D. QUINBY SEASE
Newberry - Services for D. Quinby Sease, 75, of 2397 Oxner Road, will be
held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at St. Philip's Lutheran Church, with burial
following in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 7-8 tonight at
McSwain-Evans Funeal Home. The family suggests that those desiring may
make memorials to St. Philip's Lutheran Church Family Life Center, 2461
St. Philip's Church Road, Newberry 29108 or to Emmanuel Lutheran Church
Building Fund, 2491 Emmanuel Church Road, West Columbia 29169.
Mr. Sease died Saturday. Born in Newberry, he was a son of the late
William quinby and Helen Stone Sease. He was a retired employee of the
S.C. Dept of Transportation and was a member of St. Philip's Lutheran
Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Willard Davenport Sease; sns, Jimmy D. Sease
and wife, Denise of Lexington, G. Eddie Sease, Charlie Sease and wife,
Melinda of Newberry; three grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews
including Mrs. Pat DeVall of Newberry.
