Martin Riser 
Martin was born in 1794 in Newberry County, South Carolina.1 Martin's father was Martin Riser and his mother was Christina Sease. His maternal grandparents were Christopher Sease and Susannah Anhaus. He had a brother and four sisters, named John, Nancy Elizabeth (Lizzie), Catherine (Kate), Eva and Christina. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died after 1860 in Newberry County, South Carolina.1 -
