Ann Frances was born in 1837.1 Ann Frances' father was Martin Riser and her mother was Hannah Suber. Her paternal grandparents were Martin Riser and Christina Sease. She had a brother and three sisters, named Robert E., Sarah C., Lavinia K. and Martha Jane. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named David Martin, John Thomas, William Andrew and Nancy Elizabeth.-
