Gibeon Burton Reagin 
Gibeon Burton was born on December 30th, 1854.1 Gibeon Burton's father was William Daniel Reagin and his mother was Carolina Werts. His maternal grandparents were Michael Werts and Susannah M. (Susan) Summer. He had six brothers and two sisters, named James Burton, Henry Werts, John William, Robert Thomas G., Joseph Kerr Michael, Unnamed Son, Susan Summer and Elizabeth Caroline. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 38 on November 27th, 1893. He was buried in Prosperity Cemetery, Prosperity, Newberry County, SC.1 1 -
