Gerberga was born about 0995.1 Gerberga's father was Otto Count Of Burgundy, Nevers, And Dijon and her mother was Ermentrude of Roucy. Her paternal grandparents were Adalbert Marquess Of Ivrea and Gerberga Countess Of Nevers; her maternal grandparents were Renaud of Roucy and Alberade of Lorraine. She had a brother and two sisters, named Raynald I, Matilda and Agnes. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Renaud I, Beatrix, (Unk Dau), (Unk Dau) and Agnes.
