Clarence was born about 1920.1 Clarence's father was Forest Clarence McCartha and his mother was Lera Agnes Boland. His maternal grandparents were Patrick Boland and Claton Alice Bowers. He had a sister named Myrtle Agnes. He was the older of the two children.-
