Bloomer Pearson Hawkins 
Bloomer Pearson was born on October 1st, 1878.1 Bloomer Pearson's father was Pearson Meshak Hawkins and his mother was Lucinda Frances Schumpert. His maternal grandparents were John Schumpert and Eliza Kibler. He had four brothers named John Pressley, Meredith Luther, Dudley Hunter and Mark Schumpert (Toad). He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 62 on September 3rd, 1941. He was buried in Ebenezer Methodist Church Cemetery, Newberry, SC.1 1 -
