Trexelle was born on June 11th, 1922.1 Trexelle's father was Perry Frederick Halfacre and her mother was Hattie M. Sease. Her maternal grandparents were Edward Lee Sease and Julia Cynthia Kibler. She had three brothers and a sister, named Cyril Sease, Perry Edward, Harry Woodrow and Julia Alethia.-
