Elizabeth Claire was born on July 6th, 1918 in "Utopia" Community, Newberry County, South Carolina.1 Elizabeth Claire's father was Herbert Latimer Boulware and her mother was Lois Azile Eleazer. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Herbert Boulware and Susannah Elizabeth Long. She had two brothers and a sister, named John Edward, Louis Melvin and Doris Kathleen. She died at the age of 54 on April 4th, 1973. She was buried in New Chapel Methodist Cemetery, Silverstreet, SC.1 1 -
