Wesley's father was Fredrick Boland and his mother was Dollie Bickley. His paternal grandparents were Abram Boland and Eva Christina Sease. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Uriah, George, Jim, William, Sarah Ann, Henrietta, Louise and Catherine. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Joseph Wesley, William G., James C., Louisa F. and Christina Catherine.General Notes
