George Abner Benton 
George Abner was born on November 10th, 1853.1 George Abner's father was Edward H. Benton and his mother was Martha Ann Elizabeth Varn. His paternal grandparents were John Benton and Martha (Mattie) Hudson. He had a brother named James Medicus. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 68 on June 27th, 1922.1
