Dewey Daniel (Danny) was born on March 3rd, 1943 in Lexington County, South Carolina.1 Dewey Daniel (Danny)'s father was James Perry (Bill) Anderson and his mother was Claudia Ethel (Effie) Shealy. His maternal grandparents were Ludie Mitchell Shealy and Shalldonia Elizabeth Bundrick. He had two sisters named Living and Living. He died at the age of 57 on July 31st, 2000. Dewey Anderson
Leesville -- Services for Dewey Daniel "Danny" Anderson, 57, of 125
Polaris Court, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 2, at Providence
Baptist Church, with the Rev. Frank Mims officiating. Burial will follow
in Clamp Family Cemetery. Pallbearers are Dale Shealy, Robert and Scott
Hartley, Bill, Jeffery, Gregg, Ricky and Scott Long and Johnny Ray
Oswald. The family will receive friends 6:30-8:30 tonight at Milton
Shealy Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
Mr. Anderson died Monday, July 31, 2000. Born in Lexington County, he
was a son of the late James Perry "Bill" Anderson and Claudia Ethel
"Effie" Shealy Anderson Clamp. He was feed mill manager for Columbia
Farms. Mr. Anderson was a member of Providence Baptist Church, where he
served as a former deacon and Sunday school superintendent and also
served in the S.C. National Guard.
Surviving are his wife, Agnes Clamp Anderson of Leesville; son and
daughter-in-law, Keith and Sheila Anderson; daughter and son-in-law,
Lynichia and Kyle Shealy, all of Leesville; sisters, Joyce Surrett of New
Smyra, Fla., Cathy Crim of West Columbia; grandchildren, Zachary and
Dustin Shealy, Amber and Dylan Anderson; stepfather, Belton Clamp of
Leesville; stepbrother, Tommy Oswald of Leesville; stepsisters, Mildred
Bedenbaugh, Linda Whittle, both of Leesville, Joyce Fink of Batesburg,
Jane Ricard of Gilbert.
