Cecil Reagin Abrams

Cecil Reagin's father was Oscar Hugh Abrams and his mother was Phoebe Burton Reagin. His maternal grandparents were James Burton Reagin and Ursula Tranquilla Long. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Hugh Reagin, James Samuel, Edward Pershing, Malcolm Senn, Thomas Marion, Frances Tranquilla, Gertrude and Inez.
