Seth Brett Thornton 
Seth Brett was born on May 28th, 1815. Seth Brett's father was George Washington Thornton and his mother was Mary Randolph. His paternal grandparents were George Thornton and Mary Alexander; his maternal grandparents were Henry Randolph and Lucy Ward. He had a brother and two sisters, named Henry Randolph, Lucy Ward and Mary Goode. He was the youngest of the four children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Thomas Francis, James Woodville, James Woodville, Gilbert Lafayette, Catherine Mildred and Agnes Gray. He died due to Mexican War at the age of 32 on August 18th, 1847.-
