Samuel F. Stanley 
Samuel F. was born in February 1888. Samuel F.'s father was Marcellus Stanley and his mother was Paulina Ann Margaret Edwards. His paternal grandparents were William R. Stanley and Sarah J. ?; his maternal grandparents were William T. Edwards and Lucinda M. Hall. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William R., John Pettus, Abby Bell and Willie Maude. He was the second youngest of the five children.-
