Pleasant Stanley 
Pleasant was born on April 4th, 1815. Pleasant's father was Zachariah Stanley and his mother was Naomi Jones. His paternal grandparents were Zachariah Stanley and Sarah Crew. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Thomas, William Jones, Susannah, Frances, Mary, Sarah and Lucy. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 73 on March 26th, 1889 in Woodbone, Harrison County, Iowa.-
