Louisiana was born on November 9th, 1852 in Hanover Co., VA.  Louisiana's father was Richard James Stanley and her mother was Jane Frances Stanley. She had four brothers and a sister, named George Wesley, James, Edward Thomas, Robert and Eliza J..  She was the second oldest of the six children.  She died at 4 months old on March 20th, 1853 in Hell Town, Hanover Co., Virginia at age 4 months.
