James B. Stanley 
James B. was born on January 13th, 1839. James B.'s father was Thomas Crew Stanley and his mother was Leah Votaw. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Stanley and Unity Crew; his maternal grandparents were John Votaw and Rebecca Burson. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Cyrus, Franklin, Lydia, Rebecca, Keturah and Maria. He was the second youngest of the seven children.-
