Franklin Stanley 
Franklin was born in 1841. Franklin's father was Thomas Crew Stanley and his mother was Leah Votaw. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Stanley and Unity Crew; his maternal grandparents were John Votaw and Rebecca Burson. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Cyrus, James B., Lydia, Rebecca, Keturah and Maria. He was the youngest of the seven children.-
