Edward Walter Stanley 
Edward Walter was born on January 3rd, 1880 in Beaverdam, Hanover Co., VA. Edward Walter's father was George Wesley Stanley and his mother was Catherine Agnes Stanley. His paternal grandparents were Richard James Stanley and Jane Frances Stanley; his maternal grandparents were Joshua Calvin Stanley and Ann Elizabeth Trainham. He had three brothers and a sister, named John Wesley, James Thomas, Ira Lee and Pearl Janes. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 75 on November 12th, 1955.-
