Elizabeth Snead

Elizabeth was born in 1830 in Fluvanna Co., VA.  Elizabeth's father was William Pumphrey Snead and her mother was Lucinda Pollard.  Her paternal grandparents were ? Snead and ?; her maternal grandparents were ? Pollard and ?. She had five brothers and three sisters, named William Pumphrey, John Newton, Robert Pollard, Peyton Pollard, George Washington, Lewis Brown, Mary K. and Sallie Ann.  She was the second youngest of the nine children.
