William Seay

William was born in February 1888.  William's father was Stuart Seay and his mother was Susannah ?.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph C. Seay and Jennie C. ?. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Ozzie L., Floyd, Lula, Nettie M. and Mary.  He was the oldest of the six children. He had a half-brother named Ira.
