Ozzie L. Seay

Ozzie L. was born in December 1890.  Ozzie L.'s father was Stuart Seay and his mother was Susannah ?.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph C. Seay and Jennie C. ?. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Floyd, Lula, Nettie M. and Mary.  He was the second oldest of the six children. He had a half-brother named Ira.
