Martha Ragland 
Martha was born about 1758. Martha's father was William Ragland and her mother was Agnes Lipscomb. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Lipscomb and Sarah MackGehee. She had a brother and seven sisters, named William, Lucy, Louisa, Mary, Sarah, Anna, Henrietta and Rebecca. She was the second oldest of the nine children.-
