Louisa Ragland 
Louisa was born about 1760. Louisa's father was William Ragland and her mother was Agnes Lipscomb. Her maternal grandparents were Thomas Lipscomb and Sarah MackGehee. She had a brother and seven sisters, named William, Lucy, Martha, Mary, Sarah, Anna, Henrietta and Rebecca. She was the third oldest of the nine children.-
