Robert Pryor 
Robert was born about 1725. Robert's father was Samuel Pryor and his mother was Prudence Thornton. His paternal grandparents were Robert Pryor and Elizabeth Virginia Green; his maternal grandparents were William Thornton and Prudence Willis. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Luke, William, Thornton, Samuel, Joseph, John, Francis, Nancy and Molly. He died after 1779 in will written 12/1778, probated in Charlotte Co., VA, Cornwall Parish 4/3/????.-
