Joseph Pryor 
Joseph was born in 1730. Joseph's father was Samuel Pryor and his mother was Prudence Thornton. His paternal grandparents were Robert Pryor and Elizabeth Virginia Green; his maternal grandparents were William Thornton and Prudence Willis. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Luke, William, Thornton, Robert, Samuel, John, Francis, Nancy and Molly. He died at the age of 82 in 1812 in Bourbon Co., Kentucky.-
