John A. Pryor 
John A. was born in 1846. John A.'s father was Mathew J. Pryor and his mother was Mary Williams. His paternal grandparents were Mathew J. Pryor and Mary Neeley. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Albert K., Richard S., Madison C., Elizabeth A., Nancy, Nary and Henrietta. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He had five half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Philip A., Samuel W., Pleasant M., Thomas C., William H., Susan, Elizabeth, Sarah, Frances, Judy, Kesiah and Julia. He died at the age of 17 in 1863.-
