Philola Pendleton 
Philola was born on November 15th, 1887. Philola's father was Charles Rittenhouse Pendleton and her mother was Sarah Peeples. Her paternal grandparents were Philip Coleman Pendleton and Catherine Sarah Melissa Tebeau; her maternal grandparents were Richard Augustus Peeples and Sarah Camp. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Charles Rittenhouse, William Edmund, Louis Alexander, Catherine Peeples, Mary, Luelle, Carita, Vida and Zera. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.-
