William Payne 
William was born on June 17th, 1915. William's father was Joseph Albert Payne and his mother was Ida Elizabeth Black. His paternal grandparents were Barrett George Washington Payne and Martha Ann Humphries; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Black and Cora E. Rogers. He had two sisters named Sarah Elizabeth and Ruby Rebecca. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 26 on February 8th, 1942 in Charleston, WV.-
