Kathryn Eugenia was born on September 9th, 1967. Kathryn Eugenia's father was Living Payne and her mother was Living McRacken. Her paternal grandparents were William Payne and Anna Eugenia Webb. She had a brother and two sisters, named Living, Living and Living. She died at the age of 5 on September 12th, 1972.-
