Julia Blanche Payne 
Julia Blanche was born on October 1st, 1881. Julia Blanche's father was John Daniel Payne and her mother was Melissa Yount. Her paternal grandparents were William Daniel Payne and Nancy Catherine Bourne; her maternal grandparents were Jacob Spitler Yount and Margaret Homan. She had two brothers named Howard Daniel and Ira Spitler. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 46 on May 11th, 1928.-
