Joseph Bybee Payne 
Joseph Bybee was born in 1822. Joseph Bybee's father was Thomas Joseph Payne and his mother was Theodosia Bybee. His maternal grandparents were Pleasant Bybee and Mildred Priddy. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Thompson, William Daniel, Samuel, Sarah E. and Susan Banks. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 82 in 1904.General Notes
