Frank Clifton Payne 
Frank Clifton was born on December 3rd, 1872. Frank Clifton's father was Barrett George Washington Payne and his mother was Martha Ann Humphries. His paternal grandparents were William Payne and Maria Calais Allegre; his maternal grandparents were Richard Humphries and Rebecca Miller. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Robert Perry, Charles Byron, Joseph Albert, William Barrett, Calais Rebecca and Virginia Caroline. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 16 on April 18th, 1889.-
