Elmer Homer Payne 
Elmer Homer was born in 1914 in Fluvanna Co., Virginia. Elmer Homer's father was Howard Daniel Payne and his mother was Mattie Washington Hamm. His paternal grandparents were John Daniel Payne and Melissa Yount. He was an only child. He died at the age of 68 on April 9th, 1982.-
