Anne Payne 
Anne was born in 1689 in Westmoreland Co., VA. Anne's father was William Payne and her mother was Frances Clement. Her paternal grandparents were John Payne and Margaret Robbinson. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William, Edward, Elizabeth and Mary. She died at the age of 23 in 1712 in Walkern, Hartford, England.
